How much time do you need to fill an order?
There are many variables – sometimes it can be done the same day,
however, we do prefer to have 24-48 hours notice. Larger orders of
course need additional time if some items need to be special
ordered. This would need to be decided on an individual basis.
Do you accept credit cards for payment?
Yes, we accept Visa, Master Card and American Express using a secure
server.
Do I pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be added only for orders shipped and delivered within
the state of Ohio.
Is the information I provide online safe?
All information we receive regarding our customers is confidential.
We will never disclose customer information to any other party.
Orders placed online where payment is made by credit card are
processed through a secure server.
When ordering a gift basket, will it look exactly like the one
pictured and contain all the same items listed in the description?
We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value
due to product availability, arrival of new products and/or seasonal
items being used.
Do you make local deliveries?
We do make deliveries within an approximate 15 mile radius. Delivery
charges range from $6 to $15. If a courier is needed, charges range
from $8 to $20. Please note that these charges are in addition to
the cost of the gift ordered.
Can I have my order shipped?
We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Depending on the
season, we can usually ship your order within 24-48 hours. However,
during the Holiday Season, we may need additional time to complete
your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive at its destination?
We ship via UPS ground service with shipment times approximately as
follows:
To the 5 states surrounding Ohio – 1 business day (MI, IN, KY, WV,
PA)
To the Middle Western states – 2-3 days.
To the West Coast – 4-5 days.
To the Eastern & Southern states – 3-4 days
To the East Coast – 4 days.
Shipping during the holiday season generally takes longer.
PLEASE NOTE: If an incorrect address is given, additional reshipment
costs will be charged – AND – UPS does not deliver to a PO box.
How much will the shipping cost?
These are approximate amounts based on the cost of the gift:
· Up to $50 -- $10
· $51 - $75 -- $12-$14
· $76 - $100 -- $15-$17
· $101 - $150 -- $18-$22
Can I have my order delivered more quickly?
Overnight and 2-3 day shipping is available as well as same day
local delivery. Please contact us so that we can provide you with
the additional costs for these services. |
